At Nineotto, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Be free from damage, alterations, or excessive wear.

Include proof of purchase or order number.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Opened or used detailing chemicals

Ceramic coatings and chemical products with broken seals

Paint protection film (PPF)

Window tint film

Vinyl wrap materials that have been cut, installed, or removed from original packaging

Custom-made or personalized products

Clearance or final sale items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the product
-
Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)
We'll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for apparel sizing when inventory is available.
If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us before returning your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was shipped.

The product arrived damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Nineotto cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nineotto is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll assist you in filing a carrier claim.
Warranty
Some products may include a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty coverage varies by product and does not cover misuse, improper installation, normal wear, or accidental damage.
