Orders

For detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film, window tint, vinyl wrap, or other automotive services:

  • Appointment dates are subject to availability.

  • Customers must disclose any known vehicle damage before service.

  • Additional charges may apply for excessive contamination, pet hair, biohazards, mold, heavy staining, or conditions requiring additional labor.

  • Service completion times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicles prior to service.

Vehicle Storage

If utilizing vehicle storage services:

  • Customers must maintain valid registration and insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Nineotto is not responsible for mechanical failures, battery discharge, manufacturer defects, or pre-existing vehicle conditions.

  • Customers remain responsible for any fines, registration fees, or legal obligations associated with their vehicle.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for using all automotive chemicals, coatings, films, and accessories according to manufacturer instructions.

Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or modification may void warranties and may result in damage for which Nineotto is not responsible.

Professional installation is recommended for many automotive products.
