Thank you for shopping with Nineotto. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly and accurately as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors including:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Delivery destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes or duties are calculated separately during checkout where required.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

If additional shipping destinations become available, they will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Nineotto is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label, if applicable

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

Delivery Delays

Nineotto is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Labor disruptions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Other unforeseen events

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Hazardous Materials

Certain automotive chemicals or products may be subject to shipping restrictions or special handling requirements. Availability of these products may vary depending on destination and applicable shipping regulations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
